Job Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Real Estate Assistant with proven, hands-on experience in the U.S. real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a background in cold calling, real estate lead generation, and real estate acquisitions support. You’ll be responsible for outbound calling, following up with motivated seller leads, assisting in price negotiations, and managing the CRM. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls daily to motivated property sellers across the U.S.

Follow up on real estate leads and maintain consistent seller engagement

Assist the acquisitions team in negotiating property prices and closing deals

Keep the CRM system (e.g., GoHighLevel) updated with accurate lead data, call notes, and status changes

Share daily progress reports and performance summaries with the tea

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in U.S. real estate (cold calling, lead gen, or admin)

Excellent spoken English and phone communication skills

Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead follow-up

Familiar with Gohighlevel, BatchLeads, or similar tools

Reliable high-speed internet and quiet work setup
