Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and assist our agents with listings, documentation, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize property listings, contracts, and client files.
  • Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors professionally.
  • Ensure timely submission of real estate documentation and forms.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support marketing activities (e.g., brochures, online listings, social media posts).

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate admin or related field.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and client-oriented.
