Real Estate Administrative Assistant/Paralegal

Henrico area Real Estate law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Paralegal for busy residential real estate practice. We are looking for someone who can multi-task, communicate effectively, is organized and punctual.

Responsibilities & Duties

Opening new files in billing and case management software program

Reviewing Real Estate contracts

Initial client communication

Ordering title searches

Supporting existing staff members

Competencies

Experience with SoftPro is strongly preferred.

Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 in Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
