Key responsibilities 
- Document and contract management: Prepare, file, and manage real estate documents such as purchase agreements, tenancy contracts, and MOUs.
 - Property listing management: Upload and maintain property listings on major portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and handle necessary permits like Trakheesi.
 - Client and agent support: Coordinate appointments, manage client inquiries, and facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
 - Administrative and operational support: Handle general office duties, manage office supplies, and ensure smooth daily operations.
 - Database and CRM maintenance: Maintain accurate client and property records in CRM systems.
 - Marketing support: Assist with creating marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
 - Ejari and government liaison: Assist with government-related tasks such as Ejari registration and other DLD formalities.
 - Financial assistance: Support with administrative aspects of financial processes like invoicing and tracking.
 - Coordinating for viewings and performing general office duties.
 
Required skills and qualifications 
- Experience in a real estate administrative role with a minimum 1 year experience.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
 - Strong communication skills, particularly in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
 - Familiarity with the UAE's real estate procedures, portals, and regulations (DLD/Ejari/RERA).
 - Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
