Real Estate Sales Support Executive (Secondary & Rentals)

Role Overview

Aston Gate Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Sales Support Executive with hands-on Dubai secondary sales and rental experience. This is not a junior admin role. We are looking for someone who understands live transactions, deal flow, negotiations, and closings, and can support revenue-producing activity in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

You will work directly with senior sales leadership, assisting with active deals, managing listings, coordinating documentation, and handling client and broker communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support secondary market sales and rental transactions from listing to closing
• Coordinate listings on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
• Assist with deal progression, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Prepare and manage Form A, B, F, MOUs, tenancy contracts, Ejari
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and cooperating brokers
• Maintain CRM updates, deal trackers, and transaction files
• Handle viewing coordination, offer submissions, and closing checklists
• Support sales leadership with pipeline organization and reporting

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Proven Dubai real estate experience in secondary sales and/or rentals
• Direct exposure to real transactions and closings
• Comfortable handling calls, client follow-ups, and negotiations support
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate paperwork and process
• Organized, fast, detail-oriented, and sales-minded
• Own visa preferred
• Strong English communication skills

Applicants without Dubai real estate experience will not be considered.

Compensation

• Base salary + performance-based bonuses (4000-6000 base + monthly commission)
• Growth potential based on contribution and results
