Position: Real Estate Administrator (FEMALE)

Barmada Real Estate is a growing company with a strong vision for success in the real estate industry. We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing and managing property listings.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, NOCs, and basic real estate documentation.
  • Coordinate with developers, property portals, and government authorities (Ejari, Trakheesi, DLD, etc.) as required.
  • Support day-to-day office operations including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Assist in social media postings and online property listings.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time and with accuracy.
  • Assist the accountant with preparing payroll and attendance list.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of candidates through platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an real estate administrative role (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn the real estate sector.
  • Fluent in English. Basic Arabic is advantage.
