We are seeking a knowledgeable, client‑focused, and results‑driven Real Estate Advisor to guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors through Abu Dhabi’s top communities and deliver expert, data‑driven property advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property inquiries and conduct professional viewings across Abu Dhabi
• Provide tailored advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
• Represent ready and off‑plan properties in high‑demand residential and investment zones
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Deliver community‑specific insights on lifestyle, amenities, infrastructure, and future development plans
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and market expertise
• Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, advisory, or brokerage roles
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s residential and investment market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explain investment metrics clearly
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
