Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a fluent Chinese-speaking Real Estate Advisor to support our expanding base of Mandarin-speaking clients and investors. This role is ideal for a proactive and culturally aware professional who can deliver personalized service and expert guidance in both Mandarin and English. You will represent premium properties in Abu Dhabi and play a key role in facilitating high-value transactions for Chinese-speaking buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin-speaking clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations in Mandarin and English
• Provide tailored advice on Abu Dhabi’s property market, legal procedures, and investment opportunities
• Build and manage a portfolio of listings suited to Chinese investors and expatriates
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to develop Mandarin-language campaigns and lead generation strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, relocation firms, and international agencies
• Attend property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events targeting Chinese-speaking audiences
• Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with Chinese or international clientele
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and legal framework
• Proven track record of successful transactions and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and cultural sensitivity
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• RERA or DMT certification preferred
