Job description:

• Find prospective clients, respond to all calls and inquiries.
• Evaluate the client's requirements, and financial capabilities to offer the best property and/or investment.
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
• Know how to assess and appraise the value of properties
• Arrange property viewings for the potential clients
• Present reasonable property offer and quotation
• Draft and complete legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.)
• Generate and manage lists of properties
• Coordinate with the Listing Section to process the documents
• Collaborate and network with the assigned District Manager

Requirements:

• 01 YEAR Real Estate Experience/Investment Experience/Insurance Experience (ONLY UAE)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Ability to attract buyers and retain tenants
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
• A proven track record within customer relations and/or sales.
• To be based in Dubai.

Preferred:

• RERA certification added value
• Dubai Real Estate experience within Off-Plan Sales, Re-Sales, Leasing
• Valid UAE driving license will be added value
