Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong client base through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across UAE markets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, property trends, and market conditions.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Provide clients with guidance and advice on the best real estate opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue of the company.
- Update CRM with client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field in UAE (freshers with strong sales skills may also apply).
- RERA Certification (for Dubai) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/French is a plus.
