Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in closing deals. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, and investment opportunities.
• Assist buyers and sellers with property transactions, ensuring legal compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current real estate trends, property laws, and market dynamics in Dubai.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties.
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through online listings, social media, and events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (minimum 1-2 years) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and current market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and online property portals.
