Role Overview:

We are seeking ambitious and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Dubai’s property market, strong closing skills, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and leasing in both secondary and off-plan markets
• Build and maintain long-term client and investor relationships
• Conduct property viewings and market research
• Negotiate deals and close with confidence
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends and developer launches
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off-plan or leasing)
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Knowledge of Dubai’s property market trends
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
