Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on off-plan property investments.
• Manage and convert a pipeline of quality leads.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close transactions.
• Represent the Eden Grove brand with professionalism and market expertise.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends and developer launches.

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary) preferred.
• Proven track record of successful property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own car preferred.
