About the Opportunity:
ISTHomes Global Real Estate Consultancy is expanding its team in Dubai. With over a decade of success in the international property market and active operations in Dubai, London, and Istanbul, we are now bringing our proven sales strategies, global client network, and exclusive property portfolio to the UAE.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally within the Dubai market.
• Native-level fluency in English, Arabic, or Turkish (fluency in at least one is essential).
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• RERA certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily client outreach via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
• Accurately manage and update all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Organize and lead professional property tours using the company vehicle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents to support client referrals and business growth.
