Job Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and generate leads through company-provided platforms.
• Manage property sales, leasing, and investment transactions.
• Promote listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder with maximum visibility.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing of deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and developers.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and market insights.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a real estate agent in Dubai (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of RERA and DLD rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• RERA license (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
