As we expand, we're looking for an Experienced Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales and have their own contacts to join our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties to prospective buyers and investors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Conduct property tours, client meetings, and negotiations
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, project launches, and competitor activity
• Provide expert advice and guidance on property investments
• Work collaboratively with in-house marketing and sales teams to generate and convert leads

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Own network and inventory.
• Female candidates are highly desired.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of local property regulations and the real estate market.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Fluency in Turkish, Russian, or Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering results.
