Roles & responsibilities

  • Source and close deals in off-plan, secondary, and plot sales
  • Present high-return investment and pool funding proposals to investors
  • Work with investors, landlords, developers, and plot owners to generate multiple commissions per deal cycle
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s latest real estate trends, project launches, and regulations
  • Provide detailed information to buyers about project timelines, pricing, and features.
  • Partner with landowners to develop projects, offering up to 100% ROI through shared development models
  • Create and pitch development-based investment proposals for both individual and pooled investors

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding real estate transactions.
  • A valid RERA is a plus, demonstrating compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management, showcasing a proven track record of successful transactions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of real estate development and construction processes.
  • Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in additional languages can be a significant advantage in diverse markets.
