Responsibilities

Assist buyers throughout the entire home buying journey, ensuring all contracts are accurately completed and providing expert guidance on property choices

Represent both buyers and sellers in negotiations to achieve the most favorable terms
Maintain comprehensive and current records of all transactions and client communications using Commentary CRM
Ensure timely submission of all necessary paperwork to the office to support seamless operations
Proactively follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed appointments
Participate regularly in webinars and training programs to enhance professional expertise
Work closely with sellers to obtain listings and create effective marketing strategies
Provide knowledgeable advice on pricing, staging, and other critical listing preparations
Plan and host monthly open houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers
Dedicate consistent weekly time to prospecting and cultivating new client relationships
• Operate with strong self-motivation and independence while leveraging ongoing company support

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must hold a valid real estate license and demonstrate a solid history of sales success. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and dedication to ongoing growth.

Valid real estate license with at least 3 years of sales experience

Consistent achievement of a minimum of six transactions per year ️ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
