Responsibilities

• Client Service – Represent buyers, sellers, and investors with professionalism and care, guiding them through every stage of the real estate process.
• Lead Generation – Consistently prospect, follow up, and nurture leads using PLACE systems to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Market Expertise – Stay up to date on local housing trends, pricing, and inventory to advise clients and position them for success.
• System Implementation – Leverage PLACE tools, models, and technology to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Team Collaboration – Work alongside teammates to share best practices, support collective goals, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
• Professional Development – Engage in ongoing training and coaching through PLACE to continually grow skills, knowledge, and production.
• Community Representation – Build lasting relationships and a positive reputation within the community by providing value and consistent client care.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
