You’ll use proven Keller Williams systems, models, and accountability tools to help agents clarify their goals, focus their daily actions, and unlock their potential. What You’ll Do

• Coach for results: Meet weekly with agents to review goals, celebrate wins, and create action plans
• Inspire accountability: Lead with candor and care while holding agents to high standards
• Partner for growth: Collaborate with the Team Leader to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Energize the culture: Bring enthusiasm to training events, masterminds, and productivity sessions
• Promote the program: Represent Productivity Coaching in orientations, meetings, and career nights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
