DAR ALAIHAM PROPERTIES is a real estate developer specialized in building and delivering high-quality residential projects As the developer and direct seller, we provide our sales team with ready projects, full support, and strong market presence — eliminating the need to work as a broker or through third parties.

We are currently looking for ambitious and driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team and help sell our in-house projects directly to clients.

✅ Sell directly from the developer — no brokerage involved
✅ Offer clients ready and ongoing projects with high credibility
✅ Get full marketing and admin support to focus on selling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell properties developed by the company (apartments, buildings, commercial units).
  • Contact potential clients, follow up on leads, and arrange site visits.
  • Present property options to clients with confidence and product knowledge.
  • Close sales deals and guide clients through the reservation and purchase process.
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role (3-4 years minimum preferred).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Presentable and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with available properties.
  • Proficient in Arabic (English is must).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license is must , car is must.
