Real Estate Agent

We are currently expanding our dynamic sales team and seek experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales. We are looking for individuals who are driven, client-focused, and committed to achieving excellence.

Location: Jumeirah Village Circle

Please note: This is a full-time, commission-only role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of real estate
• Provide expert guidance and advisory services throughout transactions
• Develop and maintain a strong client network
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Stay abreast of market conditions and regulatory changes
• Deliver a superior client experience at every stage of engagement

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Fluency in Russian, Chinese, or European languages is highly advantageous
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Highly self-motivated, sales-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure
