Job Opportunity: Real Estate Agent (Multilingual Required) 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market trends. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners

• Negotiate and draft agreements while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Conduct catchment area and market analyses to advise on tenant mix and merchandising strategy

• Source proposals, refine shortlists, and negotiate favorable deals

• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to promote available units

• Provide regular reports on sales activity and market insights

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate or sales will be an advantage.

• Multilingual proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented

• Ability to work independently and within a team
