About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and off-plan properties, building client relationships, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
  • Manage listings on online platforms and update property databases.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a strong market network.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, prices, and new project launches.
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar’s property market is an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar driving license and own car preferred.
  • Fluency in English or Arabic; other languages are a plus.
  • Motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
