Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with property buying, selling, and leasing
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels
• Provide market analysis and property valuation guidance
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts and closings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values
• Create and execute marketing plans for listings (MLS, social media, print, etc.)
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys

Requirements:

• Active real estate license
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or relevant sales role
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and goal orientation
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MLS systems, and digital marketing platforms
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to property locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with residential and/or commercial real estate
• Knowledge of investment property or new development sales
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
