Job description

• Prospect, source, and list secondary market (resale) properties.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting pre-owned real estate properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable deals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and clients.
• Manage property listings, advertisements, and online marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance with legal documentation, contracts, and company policies.
