Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess strong sales acumen, and have a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Manage client inquiries professionally and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
  • Maintain an updated portfolio of listings, clients, and leads using CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on market trends, new projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Promote exclusive listings and company inventory to maximize exposure and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Real Estate Experience.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, motivated, and target-oriented with a professional attitude.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or Zoho is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate laws, developers, and communities is an advantage.
