Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build client relationships through networking, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales or rental deals.
• Maintain up-to-date property listings and market knowledge.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients to close successful transactions.
• Provide professional advice to clients regarding market trends and investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate (Dubai market preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales drive and target-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
• RERA license (preferred but not mandatory).
