Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations with clients.
• Stay updated on current real estate market trends, project launches, and pricing.
• Manage leads efficiently and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with developers and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout their property journey.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory).
• Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and major developers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
