About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the property market, have strong sales and negotiation skills, and be dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on real estate investments, property sales, leasing, and off-plan projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities professionally.
• Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant in Dubai (6 Months –2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and RERA procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred not mandatory).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
