Description:

We’re seeking driven, results-oriented Property Consultants / Brokers to join our team and thrive in Dubai’s vibrant real-estate market.
You’ll:

• Prospect and engage qualified buyers & investors across off-plan, resale, residential and commercial segments
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers and stakeholders
• Showcase properties, conduct viewings, negotiate deals and close sales
• Stay ahead of market trends, pricing and product knowledge to provide a best-in-class service
• Collaborate internally to leverage leads, marketing support and team resources

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of real-estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, with a flair for luxury service
• Valid UAE real-estate broker license (or willing to obtain)
• Own transport and active market network – advantage
