In Order to Join Our Team, You Must:

  • Be willing and able to obtain a Louisiana real estate license (training assistance available)

As a Keller Williams Real Estate Agent, You Will:

  • Network and prospect for new leads using KW’s proven systems
  • Show properties and assist home buyers in finding their dream homes
  • List and market properties for home sellers
  • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to finish
  • Host open houses and community events to generate leads
  • Participate in business development and team-building activities
  • Contribute to profit sharing opportunities within your office

Description of Duties:

  • Develop property listings by building rapport with potential sellers and recommending improvements for market readiness
  • Coordinate with appraisers, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions
  • Work directly with buyers to understand needs, conduct showings, and prepare offers
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and stay informed on real estate trends
  • Attend community and networking events to grow your sphere of influence
  • Manage the complete sales process — from prospecting to closing — with professionalism and precision

  • Provide coverage or assistance in other administrative areas as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
