Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and build client relationships through networking, social media, and referrals. Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales or rental deals. Maintain up-to-date property listings and market knowledge. Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients to close successful transactions. Provide professional advice to clients regarding market trends and investment opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate (Dubai market preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales drive and target-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.). RERA license (preferred but not mandatory).
