Key Responsibilities:

· Assess properties to determine market value and competitive pricing.

· Provide market insights and deliver top-notch customer service.

· Identify clients’ needs and financial capacities to propose suitable solutions.

· Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes.

· Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base.

· Negotiate contracts between buyers and sellers.

· Handle transactions from initiation to closing, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
• Expertise in brokerage and real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation skills for real property contracts and agreements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
