About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a commission-based opportunity for individuals who are passionate about property sales and leasing, client relationships, and achieving high earning potential through performance.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing clients, marketing property listings, negotiating deals, and providing professional guidance to buyers, sellers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through various marketing and networking activities
• List and market properties for sale and rent
• Conduct property viewings with potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal requirements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
• Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with relevant authorities

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance
• Knowledge of local property market and RERA regulations (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid UAE driving license (an advantage)
