Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. The agent will also provide expert advice on market conditions and property values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and manage client appointments
• Guide clients through property transactions from start to finish
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
• Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and inventory
• Promote properties through listings, marketing platforms, and networking

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Knowledge of property marketing and online portals
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
