Position Summary

The Real Estate Agent is responsible for sourcing, listing, marketing, and closing property sales and rentals. The role requires strong market knowledge, client relationship management, negotiation skills, and adherence to RERA compliance. The agent works to achieve individual sales targets while maintaining the company’s standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Leasing Activities

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings for sales and rentals.
  • Prepare and submit offers, Form I, Form A, Form F, and other RERA contracts.
  • Maintain high conversion rates from leads to deals.

Property Listing & Marketing

  • Acquire new property listings from owners and landlords.
  • Ensure listings meet RERA advertising guidelines.
  • Coordinate with marketing for property photography, videography, and digital ads.
  • Update the CRM system regularly with accurate property and client details.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Provide guidance on market conditions, prices, community insights, and investment opportunities.
  • Assist clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely follow-ups.

Market Research & Knowledge

  • Stay updated on real estate trends, new projects, launches, and pricing movements.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) for clients.
  • Attend property developer events, new launches, and sales briefings.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) requirements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of contract forms (Form A, B, F), escrow laws, and verification processes.
  • Verify title deeds, Oqood, SPA, floor plans, and ownership documents before transactions.

Professional Conduct

  • Represent the company ethically and professionally at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Uphold company policies, commission structures, and CRM protocols.

Experience:

  • Real Estate : 2 years (Preferred)
