About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing property listings, and guiding clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Promote and market available properties through various channels (online listings, open houses, social media, etc.).
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about pricing, locations, and amenities.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Maintain an updated database of available properties and client requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and other agents to source listings and finalize deals.
- Stay up to date with local real estate trends, legal regulations, and market developments in Qatar.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (real estate experience in Qatar preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, communities, and current trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid Qatari driving license and own car preferred.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
