Job Summary
To become the specialists in your area in helping people with their real estate needs

Duties

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase available listings effectively
  • Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining professionalism and fairness
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local real estate markets, property management practices, and relevant laws such as Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
  • Build strong relationships with clients through personalized customer service, ensuring their needs are prioritized and expectations are exceeded
  • Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, organizing documentation, and coordinating with other real estate professionals to streamline transactions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or administrative support within the industry is preferred; relevant internships are welcome
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate property features and legal details
  • Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple listings, appointments, and client interactions efficiently
  • Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals
