Commission Plans Slab 1 – Fair Foundation

• Commission starts at 47% (including 3% RE/MAX global brand contribution)
• Slabs grow steadily based on performance

Slab 2 – Growth & Recognition

• Higher commission or incentives after 5+ closings per month
• Bonuses, leaderboard recognition, and travel rewards

Slab 3 – Top Performers’ Bonus

• Commission slabs from 55% up to 70% (depending on performance & assigned projects)
• Cash rewards up to AED 30,000
• Travel opportunities: Bali, Europe, RE/MAX Las Vegas Conventions
