Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive marketing

· Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

· List, market, and showcase properties to attract qualified clients.

· Negotiate and close deals, preparing contracts and ensuring smooth transactions.

· Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, specifically in Ajman
• Good knowledge of the local property market and community
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Preferably on a sponsored or freelance visa
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and client-focused
