Job Title: Property ConsultantJob Summary

The Property Consultant is responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property options, and closing sales for both off-plan and secondary market properties. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and qualify potential buyers through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Present available property options based on the client’s needs, budget, and investment goals.
  • Conduct property viewings, site visits, and project presentations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide accurate information on property prices, payment plans, ROI, community features, and market trends.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful transactions.

Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated with current real estate trends, new project launches, and competitive market movement.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of developers, communities, and investment hotspots.

Negotiation & Documentation

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve successful sales.
  • Prepare and process sales agreements, reservation forms, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and promotional events when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or Sales Executive (UAE market preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
