Job Title: Property ConsultantJob Summary
The Property Consultant is responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property options, and closing sales for both off-plan and secondary market properties. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and qualify potential buyers through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Present available property options based on the client’s needs, budget, and investment goals.
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and project presentations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide accurate information on property prices, payment plans, ROI, community features, and market trends.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful transactions.
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated with current real estate trends, new project launches, and competitive market movement.
- Maintain strong knowledge of developers, communities, and investment hotspots.
Negotiation & Documentation
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve successful sales.
- Prepare and process sales agreements, reservation forms, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or Sales Executive (UAE market preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
