Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and lease properties while providing excellent customer service and market expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process
• Conduct property showings, market analyses, and negotiations
• List and market properties using online platforms and social media
• Generate leads through networking and prospecting
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with real estate regulations

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MLS platforms

Compensation

Commission-based, plus potential bonuses.
