Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, list, and sell/rent residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and market outreach.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Stay up to date on current property listings, market trends, and developer launches.
- Prepare and manage marketing content for listings (photos, descriptions, online promotions).
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare necessary documentation (Form A, Form B, Form I, tenancy contracts, etc.) in line with RERA and company requirements.
- Meet monthly sales/rental targets and contribute to the agency’s revenue goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate (Dubai market experience preferred but not essential).
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and a confident, positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and goal orientation.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
