Job Description

We are hiring motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for property sales, leasing, and client relationship management within Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

List, promote, and sell residential and commercial properties

Manage client inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures

Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings

Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and regulations

Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for listings and lead generation

Requirements

RERA certified (or willing to get certified upon joining)

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (Dubai experience preferred)

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Professional, reliable, and self-driven personality

Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred

Proficiency in English (additional languages is a plus)
