Real Estate Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property sales or leasing, a passion for real estate, and the ambition to succeed in a competitive, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Manage property viewings, and client communications.
• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the sales and leasing process.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
• Stay updated with market trends and property values in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate (sales or leasing).
• Deep knowledge of the UAE property market in addition to research conducting and learning.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client service skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Native Arabic speaker ( other languages is a plus )
• Computer and Technology basic knowledge (Office Suit, Internet Browsing, etc...).
• UAE driving license (Optional).
