Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team on a commission-only basis. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high sales performance.

This role is ideal for self-driven individuals with a strong passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and client referrals.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and site visits.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• promote sales through advertisements, digital marketing, and open houses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE property laws and RERA regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors.
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with the company's policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales-related role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Familiarity with the UAE property market and RERA regulations (training will be provided)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Commission-based
• Preferred languages: Arabic and Hindi/Urdu.
• Must have a presentable and professional demeanour.
