Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in the Meridian area.
• Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase properties to potential buyers.
• Maintain a strong network of industry professionals, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to promote listings and attract potential clients.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Idaho.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.
