Job Requirements – Real Estate Agents

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: DUBAI
Job Type: Full-time

At least 6 months of proven experience in real estate or sales, with a track record of achieving targets, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, cold calling, networking, etc.).
• Conduct site visits with potential buyers or tenants.
• Maintain and update property listings.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure of transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Prior experience in real estate or sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, real estate portals).
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if required for site visits).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable.

Salary:

• Salary + Attractive Commission Structure
• Commission will be paid The Same DAY signing the SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement)
