Position: Property Consultant/ Real Estate Broker

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Provide professional advice and market insights to clients
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals
• Maintain and update property listings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analyzing market trends
• Meeting the sales targets
• Attending developers meeting and briefings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Patient, result-driven, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
• Presentable and ambitious with a professional demeanor
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
